CIVIL INFRASTRUCTURE & ROADS
Underground utilities and road construction, done right the first time.Â
Precision civil work from the first cut to final backfill.Â
We work directly with project and geotechnical engineers, utility districts, and municipal inspectors across Gallatin, Park, and Madison counties. Our principal has spent over a decade building those relationships in the area. We don't show up as a name on a bid sheet. We show up as people who have worked alongside these teams before. We know the soils, the inspectors, and what it takes to build a product that stands its warranty.
Water Mains & Fire Suppression
We install civil infrastructure to include water distribution and transmission lines for subdivision buildouts, road corridor utilities, and municipal system extensions. Work is coordinated directly with utility districts and project engineers, from main line sizing and tie-in locations through pressure testing and final as-builts.Â
Fire suppression is included from the beginning. We stub hydrants laterals, set hydrant assemblies, and contractors install thrust blocks per fire district requirements, so suppression coverage is built into the main.Â

-
4" - 16" ductile iron and PVC
-
AWWA and fire district spec compliance
-
Pressure testing and disinfection per DEQ/district requirements
-
Coordination with civil engineers and Montana utility districts on alignment and tie-in sequencing
Sanitary Sewer Main
We install gravity sewer collection systems for subdivision buildouts, commercial developments, and municipal system extensions, self-performing all excavation, bedding, pipe lay, manhole installation and backfill. 3D Smart Grade control on our excavators means we hit invert elevations on the first pass, which keeps the work moving and avoids the re-bedding cycles that blow schedules.Â

Work is coordinated directly with the sewer district and project engineer from alignment review, through final inspection.Â

-
8" - 15" PVC gravity main (SDR 35 and SDR 26)
-
Precast manhole installation, bench forming, and frame setting
-
Laser and machine-control grade verification on all pipe runs
-
Low-pressure air testing and mandrel per district requirements
-
Coordination with sewer district on tie-in sequencing and inspection
Storm Drainage
We install storm drainage for subdivision roads, commercial sites, and highway corridor work - from simple culvert crossings to full underground collection systems with catch basins, storm main, and outlet structures. All excavation, bedding, pipe lay, and structure installation is self-performed by our crew.Â

We coordinate with civil engineers on invert elevations, outlet sizing, and tie-ins to existing systems, and stage our work to hand off a finished drainage system that paving and site crews can follow directly.Â

-
CMP and HDPE culverts with headwall or riprap end treatment
-
Precast catch basins and curb inlets set to finish grade
-
12"-36" storm main, including outlets and control structures
-
Detention basin grading and shaping to engineer design
-
Coordination with paving contractors on inlet and drain elevation sequencing
Road Construction & Right-of-Way
We build new roads and restore existing ones after utility work - self-performing all earthwork, subgrade prep, aggregate base, and drainage. For new road construction, we take the project from raw ground through finished subgrade and base course, ready for the paving crew to follow. For ROW and utility corridor work, we open the trench, install the utility, and restore the road to a condition that meets or exceeds what was there before.Â

We manage and oversee the paving, concrete, curb, and sidewalk as part of our scope, coordinating sequencing, overseeing install, and ensuring the subgrade delivers proper crowns and drainage.Â

-
New road construction from clearing and grubbing through base course
-
Subgrade cut, fill, and shaping to design cross-section
-
Aggregate base placement and compaction, documented by lift
-
Full-width surface restoration after utility trench work
-
Management and coordination for paving, curb, and concrete
