Oxbow Apartments
Hopkins Construction and Excavation was engaged mid-project to restore a stalled excavation schedule on an apartment complex site in Bozeman. Hopkins took over the final package, and self-performed all remaining excavation, grading, subgrade prep, and compaction, then coordinated paving, curbs and sidewalks through to completion. The result? A recovered schedule, and a site closed.

Rock Road
Infrastructure
Full civil infrastructure build-out for a multi-lot commercial development, including the installation of water and sewer, and rebuilding of .5 miles of roadway from subgrade through aggregate base. Self-performed excavation, utility installation, bedding, and surface restoration.

Equestrian Property Improvement
A Gallatin Gateway equestrian property needed a full utility and site improvement package — new water service lines off a private well, frost-free hydrants, and an automatic waterer for livestock. Following the utility work, we installed a poured concrete retaining wall to hold back an existing slope, then finished the site with hardscaping: a concrete apron, sidewalk, and a gravel fire pit surround with steel edging. Working tight to an existing structure with boulder rock in the slope required careful excavation and placement — the kind of precision work that compact equipment and experienced operators make possible.
