Laborer II
Bozeman, MT | Full Time
The Laborer II brings foundational field experience and works with limited supervision across a range of civil and site work tasks — grade checking, layout assistance, compaction operations, and pipe installation support. You understand trenching practices, anticipate what the crew needs before being asked, and take initiative to keep production moving. You'll also help bring newer crew members up to speed through demonstration and example. Operator I
Bozeman, MT | Full Time
The Operator I is building the foundation of a career in heavy equipment — running skid steers, compact excavators, dozers, loaders, and haul trucks under the guidance of experienced operators and crew leads. You understand your surroundings on a job site, communicate clearly, and take the work seriously enough to do the pre-shift inspections and basic maintenance without being told twice. This is a learning role with real responsibility — you'll develop your machine skills alongside a crew that holds itself to a high standard, and you'll be expected to grow into it. If you're committed to the craft and want to build toward operating larger iron, HCE is the place to do it.
