Clearing, Grading, & Foundation

We clear and grub the site - including any necessary demolition - and establish finish grades along with excavating foundations to plan. TopCon 3D Smart Grade controls on our equipment means foundation elevations are hit accurately via GPS the first time, keeping your project on schedule for foundation pours.

Our crew has over a decade of experience in excavating foundations in some of the harshest conditions across Big Sky, the Yellowstone Club, and Spanish Peaks.

Utilities & Water Service

We install the full utility package for new residential construction, including water main from tap or well, sewer lateral, or septic system, and electrical conduit sleeves. For rural and ranch properties, we install frost-free hydrants, automatic waterers, and well connections designed to function year-round in harsh Montana winters.

Septic Systems & Drain Field

Our crew is licensed to install specialized Level 2 septic systems, and hold master plumber certification, which means design, permitting, and installation are handled in-house. For sites outside municipal sewer, that's one less contractor to coordinate and one less schedule dependency to manage.

We size and design systems to site conditions and per test results, pull the permits, install the tank and drain field, and coordinate inspection sign-off before backfill.

Site Access & Finishing

We give every site a proper entry point and a finished edge. Once the grade is set and utilities are in, we build the driveways, approach roads, and access tracks that serve the property for decades. Whether gravel or asphalt, we prepare the subgrade and tie everything together with retaining walls, boulder work, and final site grading that holds the landscape in place and is sod-ready.

Whether it's a single-family driveway off a country road or a gated ranch entry with a long gravel approach, we size the work to the site and build it to last.
